The United States Corps of Engineers is solicitating for Construction Materials. The Contractor is required to provide all supplies, materials, equipment, labor necessary to provide two hundred (200) tons of cement and rental of one (1) cement silo.The Project place of performance is the Calumet Harbor Stone Storage Dock located in Chicago, Illinois.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Solicitation Number is W912P6-14-Q-0022 and is issued as a RFQ. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423320, with a size standard of 100 employees. COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS UNRESTRICTED TO BUSINESS SIZE.
AWARD: A firm-fixed-priced Commercial Items Contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible contractor submitting the lowest aggregate price for the items included in the above Bid Schedule. Split or multiple awards will not result from this quote.
QUOTATION SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
IN THE CASE OF A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE DATES PUBLISHED IN THIS NOTICE AND THOSE CALLED OUT IN THE SECTION MARKED "GENERAL INFORMATION," THE DATES IN THE BODY OF THIS NOTICE OVERRIDE THOSE PUBLISHED IN THE SECTION MARKED "GENERAL INFORMATION"; THIS IS RELATIVE TO THE RFQ ISSUANCE DATE AND THE DUE DATE FOR QUOTATIONS.
ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE PROCESSED IN THE SAME MANNER AS THIS SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. ALL QUOTES MUST CLEARLY INDICATE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER and be sent to Kim M.
