Construction Manager-at-Risk for Arena
The Agency is seeking an experienced firm to perform Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) services of its Arena and attached Parking Garage. One of the major responsibilities of the Construction Manager-at-Risk are to ensure that work is in full compliance with the plans and specifications and to keep the owner, design professional and program manager informed on all technical aspects of construction in a timely and efficient manner.
