Construction Manager-at Risk
The work included under this project consists of pre-construction services during the Design stage of approximately 10,000 square feet of existing laboratory space to an updated open research laboratory concept. Upon completion of the pre-construction phase of the work, Owner may elect to extend the contract to include construction phase services for the facility using a Construction Manager at Risk construction delivery technique
