Alachua County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from licensed professionals (hereinafter, referred to as Consultants) for the provision of Construction Manager at Risk for the Alachua County Jail HVAC & Roof Replacement Project for Facilities Management. The contract shall be effective for the period beginning with the date of executed contract and continuing through completion of work.
