Construction Manager at Risk
Facilities is accepting proposals as part of a one step selection process to enter into a contract with a Construction Manager at Risk firm to provide pre-construction and construction services consistent with the CM at Risk construction delivery process as utilized by the System for the Residence Hall at the University. The University System proposes the development of a new Residence Hall on the University campus.
