Construction Manager at Risk
The scope of work is for providing preconstruction services during advanced planning of the
project. The project includes an 1150-bed, apartment style student housing complex and includes a 20,000 GSF dining facility and
structured parking. Current authorized funding is for advance planning only. The selected firm
may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
