The Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for the purpose of soliciting proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide construction management services for minor construction, renovation and remodeling projects at all sites of Community College. These projects shall not exceed $1,000,000 in cost for each individual project or $100,000 for each individual study requested by the College.
