Construction Manager Agent
The Office is seeking a professional firm with the experience, capabilities, and qualified available staff to perform and provide construction manager agent services.
Construction Manager Agent must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in construction of health care facilities, agree to represent the Department in a fiduciary capacity throughout the term of the contract, possess the capability to hire and manage qualified subcontractors and have sufficient office and administrative personnel necessary to manage projects as needed.
