The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER will be an integral member of the Project Team
consisting of the Architect/Engineer and other consultants as required.
Generally, it will be the responsibility of the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to
integrate the design and construction phases, utilizing his skill and
knowledge of general contracting to develop schedules; prepare project
construction cost estimates; study labor conditions; and, in any other way
deemed necessary, contribute to the development of the project (s) during
the pre-construction/design phase. During the construction phase, the CM
will be responsible for constructing the project under the Guaranteed
Maximum Price (GMP) inclusive of all construction services therein.
