This Sources Sought Notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes.

No contract will be awarded from this notice and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests.

The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential sources capable of performing construction management services to support construction projects and associated effort primarily located at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Marianas such as, but not limited to Tinian and Australia but may include other locations in the NAVFAC Pacific Area of Responsibility.


Anticipated construction management services may include construction oversight engineer services, quality assurance technician services, specialized quality assurance support, specialized testing support, construction contractor schedule review, cost estimating services, construction safety oversight, constructability reviews, design engineers, commissioning engineers, and program coordinators. None of the requested services would consist of, substantially or to a dominant extent, any architect-engineering (A-E) services as defined by either 40 USC 1102 or the FAR Parts 2 and 36.

The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this potential requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction b Construction Management Services, with a Size Standard of $36.5 million.


Interested sources are invited to respond by filling out the Statement of Interest Questionnaire, provided under separate file. NAVFAC Pacific will utilize the information for acquisition planning purposes. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. All information will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purposes intended.
