Construction Management Services for the Relocation of Centralized Drug Testing
The project consists of exterior and interior renovations to an existing concrete masonry bearing wall structure. The exterior renovations include removal of existing pavement and installation of concrete walks and lawn area, removal of exterior finish coating from concrete masonry along with repairs and new finish material installation, removal of existing overhead door and closing of opening, repairs to existing above grade truck dock and construction of accessible ramp to dock level, new exterior windows along East side of building and restoration of existing glazing and frame along South faade of building.
