The City Water Department is seeking a qualified team to provide construction management, testing, and inspection services for Phase 2 of the Bay Street Reservoir Replacement Project. This phase of the project generally consists of geotechnical ground improvements, construction of a 6 million gallon pre-stressed concrete tank, a 2,250 square foot concrete building housing automated valves, a water quality management system, electrical, and SCADA controls, plus all associated utilities for the site and transmission mains to an existing nearby pump station. The work is expected to take place beginning the fall of 2011, and potentially lasting through the calendar year 2013.
