Construction Management Services for Rail Station
The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with
information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for Construction Management Services for rehabilitation of the Commuter Rail Station. This project will include, but is not be limited to, the following tasks: coordination between the City, the Architect and Engineering Firm (A&E), and the contractor(s) and subcontractors; day-today, as required, quality control inspection on the construction site;
coordination and Management of all material inspection services;
administration of contract change orders; and day-to-day administration of
the contract to include review of appropriate paperwork to comply with the
requisite federal reporting requirements.
