Construction Management Services - Alterations & Additions
The City is soliciting proposals from Construction Management firms (Group B) that have been pre-qualified and hold an approved and active status under the State's DAS pre-qualification program to provide comprehensive Construction Management Services and assist the Facilities Construction Commission (NFCC), the Board of Education, and the Project Architect in regard to the alterations and additions to the Elementary Schools.
