Construction Management Services Pre-Construction and Construction Phases
The Scenic Hudson Land Trust, Inc. (Scenic Hudson or the Client) requests proposals from
qualified Construction Management firms (the Consultant) for professional services related to the
design and construction of the Scenic Hudson Park at Long Dock (the Project), a 12-acre site on
the Hudson River in Beacon, NY.
The scope of the Consultants work includes Pre-Construction Phase as well as Construction Phase
services. The Project includes Brownfield remediation, landscape work, park site work, marine
work, utilities work, new pavilion construction and an existing building renovation and fit out. Scenic
Hudson seeks a construction manager with experience in similar types of projects and services. The
Responsibilities of the Construction Manager are further defined in Sections 4 and 5.
