Construction Management Services
The County Board of Education (“BOE” or “Owner”) is considering the services of a Construction Management Firm (CM/GC) for the construction of Coosa Middle School Additions and Renovations, Pepperell Elementary School Additions and Renovations, Armuchee Elementary School HVAC Modifications, and Pepperell Elementary School HVAC Modifications (the “Projects”).
