Construction Management Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to for a three and a half year (3.5 year) multiple phased Courts project for owner project management services and Construction Management (CM) services for the City. The contract will include project tasks such as those listed herein. The successful offer or will be required to provide complete consulting services for all of the various project tasks listed.
