Construction Management Services
The suscessful proposer(s) will be employed on a non-minimum retainer basis to provide multidiscipline services to the Housing Authority for projects involving every aspect of the Authority's modernization operations.
The services of the successful proposer(s) shall be utilized on an "as-needed, non-minimum retainer" basis for carrying out specific assignments including, but not limited to: CM services, A&E services, demolition and construction.
