Construction Management Services
The City is soliciting qualifications for the services of a Construction Manager during the construction of the City Hall Administration Remodel Project. The approximate value of the construction portion of this work is $1.5M.
The Construction Manager is expected to provide a full range of construction phase services. Qualified firms should respond with two (2) copies of a written proposal to include the following information:
Construction management approach and proposed services.
Key personnel of the firm and their educational background, experience, and qualifications.
List experience with respect to municipal public building remodel projects where full construction management services were provided.
Past record of performance of the firm regarding quality of work, ability to work within budget constraints, value engineering, ability to meet schedules, and follow-up on building problems after substantial completion.
References from a minimum of three municipal projects for whom construction management has been performed where pre-construction services were provided.
Fee structure for the project to include itemized scope of services with proposed fee and all reimbursable items.
The City has the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the review process.

Proposals must be submitted on the Proposal Form in a sealed envelope clearly marked City of Warrensburg-Construction Management Services to be considered. Proposals submitted without proper identification and/or not on the Proposal form will be rejected.
Two (2) copies of the proposals shall be submitted to the City Clerk and must be received by 10:00 a.m. Central Time, Thursday, July 9, 2010.
