Construction Management Service for Corrections Center Improvements
The Board of County Commissioners is requesting qualifications to provide construction management services for the County Corrections Center for the replacement of the roof, installation of two new elevators and upgrades to the security system.
The current built-up roof will be torn off and replaced by a new built-up roof. The service elevator and one passenger elevator will be replaced using the current elevator shaft locations. There will be a computer touch screen controller installed for the elevators. The security system will be upgraded and will include a man-down system.
