Services may include but not be limited to Construction Management in accordance with the Design developed by the City's Design Professional, constructability review, estimating, field engineering. The selected firm will have considerable experience with projects of similar scope. The firm will also be responsible for coordination or installation of public art, cultural amenities, or landscaping.
