Construction Maintenance for Roofing Repair and Replacement at various Naval Facilities throughout the Hampton Roads Region, Virginia.
This is not a request for either a quote or proposal, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to make notice of a proposed contract action for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Regional Construction Maintenance Contract for Roofing Repair and Replacement at various Naval Facilities throughout the Hampton Roads Region, Virginia.
The work includes, but is not limited to: provide roof repair and replacement and various types of maintenance repairs and preparations associated with roof repair and replacement at various Naval Facilities throughout the Hampton Roads area, Virginia. Other incidental type work associated with roof repair and replacement is included and may be ordered for industrial, commercial and residential locations indicated within each task order.
The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, safety, surveys, scoping, layout work, engineering, and management necessary to fulfill the requirements of this contract and each task order in a timely manner, with safety as a priority and quality work as the final product.
The contract term will be a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) option years. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee. The Government will issue a minimum guarantee in amount of $5,000 via task order 0001.
Task Orders may be issued for projects of any size, scope or complexity.
