Construction Inspection / Project Management Services
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission will retain an Engineering or Construction
Management firm to provide Construction Inspection/Project Management services and
as-directed Pre-construction Services for the Mainline Bridge Replacements, B-521A
(Milepost 172.88) and B-521B (Milepost 172.89) in Fulton County, Pennsylvania. The
agreement will include services during both the design and construction phases. Where
appropriate, the design phase will include tasks relating to design constructability,
bidability reviews, project scheduling, meeting attendance and bid packaging.
Construction phase tasks will include construction inspection, management,
administration, documentation and project close out services.
