Construction Document Management Solutions
The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to ascertain what solutions i.e. software, organizational restructuring, etc. - and associated costs exist in the marketplace to provide construction document management for the Department of Public Works at the City of San Jos (City). Further, the purpose of this RFI is to gather information on existing Construction Document Management software or strategies with a focus on paper and paper to electronic document evolution. The information may be used as follows:
2.1 To determine if there are any which applications or strategies that can best provide handle construction document management throughout its lifecycle from creation to archiving or purging.
2.2 To develop preliminary budgetary justification/estimates? including rough estimates forand further analysis on procurement of a construction document management application or alternative solution(s).
2.3 To assist in the development of specifications that may be used in a formal competitive procurement document, such as a Request for Proposal, if that solution is selected.
