IDOTs Day Labor Section is seeking a VENDOR to provide a system that encompasses all the following business functions. All business functions should be interfaced, to allow for total Job Cost tracking. The successful candidate will provide a totally integrated system with no third-party sub-contracts.
The Day Labor system currently contains the following business functions: Inventory, Equipment Management, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Purchase Order, Job Billing, Job Costing, and Fiscal Year Program, Payroll and Human Resources, including Union Contracts. The successful candidate must allow the capability to customize the system to only the modules listed above, with no unused modules.
