Construction Cost Estimating Tool
General Services Administration's (GSA) Office of the Chief Information Officer - Office of Public Buildings Information Technology Services (PB-ITS) in support of the users of Office of Design and Construction (ODC), 1800 F Street, NW, Washington, DC is pursuing the renewal of its network licensing for detailed construction cost estimating software.
In 2014 GSA began the process of consolidating and standardizing construction cost estimating throughout GSA. Prior to the consolidation Cost data was provided in a variety of forms such as online, CD, and physical Cost Books. Through the deployment of the cost estimating tool environment and the shared folder structure across business lines and regions, construction cost estimates for the same types of projects were shared which reduced man hours required to create estimates from scratch.

• Procurement
• Construction & Project Closeout
• Building Maintenance & Repairs
