Construction Contract Audit Services
The University seeks qualified firms to provide audit services for all Design/Build and Construction Manager at Risk contracts with a value of $1M or higher. The level of services requested will vary from project to project, but in general, it is expected that all contracts having a value of $10,000,000 or higher will require audits at both the midpoint and end of construction, as well as evaluation of the contractor’s Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal prior to acceptance by the Owner.
