Construction Administrative Services
The exterior restoration project to a Historic Structure involves the renovation, repair, restoration, rehabilitation or replacement of various elements on the buildings exterior including but not limited to the masonry facade, windows, doors, skylights, roofing, light standards and statues. The project will be constructed in three [3] phases. The building is a full operational courthouse.
The selected Consultant Firm shall have and demonstrate extensive knowledge of, current experience with, and responsibility for providing complete Construction Administration Services on facilities of similar size and complexity. The selected CA shall have experience in the renovation, restoration and preservation of Historic Structures.
