Construction, Administration Center
A description of the work includes development of approximately 2 acres of currently undeveloped land with an administrative office, approximately 1,750 square feet, and a shop, approximately 1,850 square feet. The administration office will be slab-on-grade with wood framed walls and roof structure. It will have metal roofing, and will be sided with hardboard siding and a stone masonry wainscot. Doors and windows will be aluminum-clad wood. The interior will have wood framed, gypsum board covered interior walls, with exposed wood trusses in the public areas of the office. The shot will be of similar construction and detailing.
