Mandatory pre-bid meeting 05/06/2010.
The Project consists of an addition and renovations to the existing Center, an 11,000sf facility. The addition consists of approximately 4,500sf of gallery, library, offices, and storage areas. Renovations include existing gallery spaces, gift shop, and entry lobby. The project also includes site improvements including parking, hardscape, and landscape elements. This Project is seeking LEEDTM certification level of no less than silver.
