.1 Construction of the Outdoor Pinniped Habitat including the outdoor pool, beach and haul-outs.

Note: Pinniped [pin-na-ped] marine mammals with flippers, such as seals, walruses and sea lions.

.2 Construction of Visitors Area including visitor viewing areas, presentation area and interpretive media.

.3 Construction of a new Winter Retreat Building including the indoor pool, isolation pool, animal transfer, food preparation areas, staff washrooms and lockers and storage/service spaces.

.4 Construction of a new Filtration Building.

.5 Construction of Waste Management System and Wetlands.

.6 Site work, Utility Connections, Artificial
Rockwork,Landscape and Fencing.
