Note: The County has a pre-qualification process in place. This project requires that potential contractors be pre-qualified prior to being able to submit a bid for this project.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of, but is not limited to, building construction, all site work, to include erosion/sedimentation control measures, all site utility installation and testing. All work shall be in accordance with the technical specifications and the construction drawings. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the technical specifications.
