This project consists of the fit-out of a portion of the 5th floor of the Science Building for a new Data Center. The project will be the partial demolition of the existing sprinkler system, lighting and space heating units, the installation of full height gypsum board partitions, access flooring, suspended acoustical ceilings, lighting, pre-action fire suppression, FM system, new doors and hardware, electronic access, building automation controls, power and HVAC.
