Mandatory pre-bid meeting 02/16/2010.
The successful bidder will furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment to complete the project consisting of:
1. The Center, Studio Lab and Research Area: Renovation of approximately 1,800 s.f. of existing two-story high bay and adjacent one-story space including new concrete infill slab, extension of the existing mechanical system,new power/data and new lighting.
2. Earth Science, Physics, Chemistry and Biology Labs: Renovation of approximately 3,800 total s.f. of (4) existing science labs including mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades.
