Construct a land observatory at CSU San Bernardino
In general, the work consists of constructing an Observatory Facility consisting of approximately 2,850
GSF including 1,710 ASF other instructional space and supporting infrastructure including access road
and utility systems. Approximately 1,500 linear feet of roadway, serving utility infrastructure and site
grading. in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Hill Partnership, Inc., 115-22nd
Street, Newport Beach, California 92663. All questions during bidding shall be addressed only in writing
via fax to the Project Architect, Mr. Dennis Brown, telephone 949/675-6442, x339; facsimile 949/675-
4543. Plans and specifications may be seen at the office of Capital Planning, Design and Construction
on the University campus and FW Dodge/McGraw Hill Construction Group. The Architects construction
estimate (and the construction budget) for this project is $2,100,000.00
