The 366th Financial Acquisition Squadron at Mountain Home Force Base, Idaho, is seeking to identify potential sources qualified to demolish existing pavement, installing four (4) K12/M50 rated Drop Arm Barriers including keypads and providing electrical service from existing electrical to three (3) of the new crash beams, keypads and new LED lighting. The other barrier will be manually controlled (no power). Barriers will be installed in phases; funding may be available for only one phase at a time. All construction shall adhere to the current standards set forth by ACI, ASTM, AASHTO, ISPWC, UFC, MUTCD, the manufacturer's instructions, and other applicable standards as referenced in this SOW. This SOW only provides explanation of the basic desired facilities and any requirements that are in addition to the aforementioned standards. Since this SOW does not reference all specific applicable standards, the Contractor shall present a proposal that reflects a thorough review of all standards, codes, and regulations that apply to the requirements within this SOW.


 


Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under any anticipated solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to not issue a solicitation. The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.


 


This acquisition will be Set-Aside for Women Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237310 with a size standard of $36.5M. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract.  Period of performance will be 90 calendar days.  The project magnitude of this requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
