Construct Traffic Checkhouse
The Infrastructure Contracting Division, Air Force Test Center (Operating Location- Eglin AFB, FL) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a single Firm-Fixed Price contract to construct a traffic checkhouse at the North Gate on Eglin AFB. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested. This solicitation is issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) FA2823-14-R-6012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220, with small business size standard of $33.5M. This is a 100% Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Set-Aside.
In accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, funds are not currently available for this requirement. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement either before or after receipt of proposals with no obligation to the Offeror by the Government.
