Construct SR-10 AHA (Safety)
This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors that ROICC MCI East Camp Lejeune intends to solicit bids and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Construct SR-10 AHA (Safety)
The work includes construction of an off-range ammunition handling area consisting of a loading ramp, gravel pavement, utilities and incidental related work. The proposed contractor will provide sufficient material, labor, equipment, supervision, and transportation to fulfill all requirements of the contract in accordance with industry standards. This work shall be completed within 180 days of the effective award date of the contract.
The procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding and the estimated cost for this procurement is $500,000 to $1,000,000.
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238910 and the annual size standard is $15,000,000.
The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent Small Business (SB) set-aside.
This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists.
Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available, free of charge. Plans, specifications, and drawings will be available for electronic download on or about 5 January 2015. Bids will be due on or about 5 February 2015 at 2:00 PM.
Offerors shall submit with their offer a bid bond of 20% of the amount of their proposal.
