In general, the work consists of the single story, 13,026 square foot Public Safety Building in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by WLC Architects, 8163 Rochester Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730-3754; Larry Wolff. Architects construction estimate is $5,938,000.
