Construct One Level Parking Deck Over Parking Lot
The University is seeking a professional design firm to plan, design and provide construction administration support services to Construct a One Level Parking Deck Over Parking Lot ‘A’ (Lot 23), on the Campus. The site of the proposed parking deck is over an existing surface parking lot, on the Campus. The goal is to construct the maximum number of parking spaces possible within the existing parking lot site and comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. The University desires to construct the one level parking deck in such a manner that one to three additional parking levels could be added in the future.
