Construct New Facility
The Project consists of a new facility to provide housing for up to eighty participants. The facility will be an approximately 13,500 square foot one-story building to include a low security housing unit, administrative and security offices, and classroom and conference program spaces. Construction will be concrete slab-on-grade with a steel structural frame and metal stud non load-bearing walls. The exterior will have EIFS and brick finishes and both an arched standing seam metal and low slope modified bitumen roof systems. The project will include site improvements including parking, hardscape and landscape elements. This Project is seeking LEED certification.
