Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to, but no later than midnight 30 November 2019.
Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry classification code is 236220. The size standard for Small Business is $36.5M average annual revenue for the three previous years.
The project magnitude is between $150,000 - $250,000. All documents will be available only from FedBizOps website: www.fbo.gov.
