Construct Dining Facility
Mandatory pre-proposal conference 01/06/2010.
The new 28,102 square foot, 2 story dining facility will be located on the campus. Aramarks Fresh Food Company Restaurant will include six serving stations
to provide multiple menu choices. The facility will seat 640 and will include a multi-purpose
meeting room on the second level, a campus bakery and offices for Aramarks administrative
personnel. The project budget is $8,500,000, with anticipated construction cost limitation of
$7,200,000.
