Constituent Relationship Management System
The scope of service is to provide constituent relationship management (CRM) functionality that supports all neighborhood and cultural organizations in the city of Minneapolis, as well as staff of several engagement-intensive city departments. The user base of the CRM system includes 17 employees of the Neighborhood and Community Relations department as full-function users and potentially other users in engagement-intensive departments across the city.
