It is the intent of the University through this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals for the purchase and installation of constituent relationship management (CRM) software which will manage and track all contacts and processes related to undergraduate, graduate, and international recruitment, retention, and alumni relations. The ideal system will support the Universitys enrollment objectives via features which facilitate stronger relationships with prospective students from the prospect to the matriculation stage and maintain this relationship throughout the student life cycle.
