Consolidation and Logistic Services
Currently, the State utilizes three (3) Distribution Centers for the receipt, processing, and storage of merchandise. Each Distribution Center is operated by a different logistics service provider. Through the issuance of this RFP and the resulting contract, the State intends to consolidate its current distribution centers into one (1) facility that will serve all retail wine and spirits stores throughout the entire Commonwealth.
