The City is seeking proposals for human and workforce development services that are in alignment with the SA2020 initiative and City Council investment priorities; community safety, economic competitiveness, family well-being, and education. Coordination with City departments as well as SA 2020, and local community-based organizations is essential to successful provisions of community services. Funds to support programs provided through a variety of federal and local resources, including: General Fund, and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) – Homeless Services Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).
