Consolidated Community Development Plan Preparation
The City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to prepare the 2010-2015 Consolidated Community Development Plan. The plan should include a community profile, a housing and homeless needs assessment, housing market analysis, strategic plan and annual action plan.
The Citys Community Development Program has been recognized for best practices, receiving the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development- Buffalo Office Meritorious Award in 2006, eight John J. Gunther Blue Ribbon Best Practices in Community Development from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in 1998 and a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretarys Award for national Excellence in 1986.
