Conservation Outreach Program
The System is seeking a contract with a qualified organization(s) or agency(ies) to provide volunteers and volunteer coordination for community outreach, programming and innovation associated with the mission and specifically message of water conservation. The contract period will be a three-year term with two one-year options for review and renewal upon mutual agreement by the System and the organization(s).
