Destination with delivery to Chambersburg, PA. Required delivery is 75 each 90 Days After Contract Award. This item is restricted to CAS, INC, CAGE Code 4S077 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar.
